Returns

To return a Personalize It product: If you would like to inquire about returning an item, please email us at apparel@printyourlogo.net  and ask about if your item qualifies for a return and if any restocking fees may apply. Please be sure to let us know in your email the order number, name and date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. We will reply to your inquiry as soon as possible.

What can be returned: Only returns on blank (undecorated) items can be accepted. Any blank product you wish to return must be in it's original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) cannot be returned. Restocking fees may be required upon return.

What cannot be returned: Since most of our items are made to order, decorated products may not be returned except in cases of damage or manufacturer defect upon receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please note, re-stocking fees may apply.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase. All above terms still apply.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
